My Reiki session with Deirdre was a wonderful experience for me. Being first time I was nervous but her calm manner reassured me. Indeed the whole surroundings are warm and welcoming. The therapy is totally non-intrusive, very gentle and relaxing. It was quite amazing. The energy that was released for me, I had not realised how it can become so blocked. No wonder I was tired. I felt energised and more calm. Afterwards. my head was clearer, my body felt lighter, and my heart was warmer. I would strongly recommend reiki to everyone. It is a huge help to live life from peace.

As a teenager getting the Reiki session it felt really good as I was coming up to exams and feeling really stressed. I had a very sore throat and feeling just off. The sessions calmed me down mentally and physically. My throat was so much better, I couldn’t believe it. The heat from the Reiki was so strong. I felt refreshed after it and up lifted. I would recommend it to everyone and also Deirdre as a great practitioner.
