I visited Jennifer for Reiki with my headaches; I work in a highly stressful medical environment. Someone that I work with recommended a Reiki treatment with Jennifer, so I thought I would give it a go. I had never had Reiki before and Jennifer explained what would happen and what to expect during the treatment. I usually would get 3-4 headaches a week. I found the treatments so relaxing, After 2 session my headaches were gone, my sleep improved dramatically as well. Paul from Dublin 7 Who Suffered From a Very Sore Knee

I had been suffering with a problem with my knee for some time. It was really interfering with my golf, my main passion in life. A friend of mine recommended me to Jennifer. I had never attended a complementary therapist before so I was a bit sceptical but because my knee was very sore I decided to give it a go. Jennifer made me feel at ease right away and after she asked me a few questions about my knee she set about doing her stuff. After about 30 minutes of very gentle manipulation my knee became quite hot, not uncomfortable though. It was actually very relaxing and when she had finished my knee was definitely much more comfortable and loose. I don't really know what Jennifer did but it certainly did the trick. I was moving much more easily and during my next round of golf I didn't have any soreness or stiffness during the round or after. It was great. I have had a couple more sessions and my knee is really great now. If any of my friends or family have any issues I always tell them to give Jennifer a call.
